These terms apply when you use NIMA, an independent iPhone app. By using NIMA you agree to them.
Your content
You own what you save and the files you connect. You give NIMA permission to read and process that content only to provide the app's features to you.
Using NIMA
Use NIMA only for content you have the right to access. Don't use it to break the law or to interfere with the services it connects to, such as Google Drive.
Beta and availability
NIMA is new software. Features may change, and it may contain bugs. Keep your own backups of anything important. Your original files remain in Google Drive.
No warranty
NIMA is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data.
Ending use
You can stop using NIMA at any time by deleting the app and removing its Drive access in your Google Account.
